In February, the first annual Together New England Electronic Music Festival will take place in and around Boston.  With a heavily stacked, week-long schedule of performers, panels, and even classes, Together will create a significant amount of attention for electronic music in a region that's aching to absorb it.

100+ performances from international, national, and local acts at over 20 venues will serve as an opportunity for fans to attend more intimate shows than usual and connect with the electronic community with unprecedented access.  Get Together (a record expo, trade fair and remix fashion show), workshops, and tours are also scheduled, plus the Bedroom DJ/Producer competition will give the winner a chance to perform their own work at an event dedicated to them.  Several discussion panels, DJ classes, and showcases are also on the docket, rounding out a thoroughly complete event that will extend electronic music to untouched places not just in Boston but around the country and the world.
