School of Seven Bells recently released their second full-length gem, Disconnect From Desire (review), and each of their hauntingly gorgeous melodies invites a host of remix potential. Active Child, aka Pat Grossi, put his spin on SVIIB's "Heart Is Strange" as part of a reciprocal 7" remix EP, which comes out at the end of the month. Active Child gives the original elements a tingling, icy touch, and the result is nothing less than sparkling.
