I like Tenement best when they’re charging full-bore ahead into medium-to-fast tempo punk zingers with a minimum of curlicues. Tracks like "Spit In The Wind" and "Simple Things Can Seem So Involved" cut straight to the chase, plowing through walls of snare, quick chord changes, and white hot mini-solos stirring the pot. Shades of Bad Religion and early Green Day in parts — just fun music, really.

Dig on the tracks below from the new album Napalm Dream. Almost want to write ‘Napalm Death’ there instead, but I guess the ‘Dream’ comes into play on the more poppy numbers like "Earwig," a bouncy ballad that could close out your favorite teen Vampire TV series.

Order Napalm Dream on vinyl at Mandible Records & stream more on Bandcamp & say hi on Facebook & try to catch Tenement live, because I have the feeling they rock the fucking house.
