London act Lillies on Mars often have an intensity that would befit any shoesgazer’s dream with jarring distorted guitars, but in their track "I’m Confused, It’s Ok!" they keep things gentle. Accoustic guitars with lilting voices and gentle harmonies almost reminiscent of chanteuses of the 60’s. The only confusing thing about this track is where the time went while listening to it. Imagine summer walks along a favorite place, or a conversation with a beloved friend. This brings warmth and sense of peace to a hectic day or week. Lillies on Mars is a band to watch for having returned from five well received SXSW showcases and a run curating a series of shows in east London called "Elsewhere Factory".
