The Generationals (or, Generationals — one of those bands that seems like they should have a definite article in front of their name, but that seems too retro for them, or whatever, so they just leave it ‘Generationals’, making for boatloads of awkwardly phrased press releases and write-ups) dropped a gorgeous EP today called Medium Rarities. Four tracks of wholesome New Orleans electropop. The entire shebang was wrapped up in the nice embeddable little package you see below. Click on the "download EP" button and you should be set up with the album in exchange for an email address. Otherwise, just head here and do the same.

What an easy post — perfect for lazy blogging! Just embed the code and you’re done! What more is there to say? I first heard of this band via Turntable.FM when somebody put them on for a spin. Sounded pretty good to me. Find out for yourself at their website, stalk ’em on Twitter, and live the good life by voting in every presidential election.

I’ve got two tracks streaming here, but, like I said, their little embeddable doohickey does everything my posts would normally do, so why am I even fucking bothering?
