Valentine’s Day 2020 was, unbeknownst at the time, at last gasp of normality, with last year’s just another day of cohabiting (or Zoom), but hopefully this year’s will be back to the new normal. While the actual day falls on a case of the Mondays, for the Saturday night of the Valentine’s Weekend, head to Brooklyn’s Kings Theatre for Gregory Porter‘s revived annual Valentine’s Day concert, with Superblue: Kurt Elling featuring Charlie Hunter and Samara Joy. Porter will be coming to Kings County behind last year’s Still Rising, including “I Will”.
