Loyal Divide, electro-rock scions off the Chicago-Columbus corridor, have teamed up with Kilo Records to release their much anticipated full-length album Bodice Ripper. Congratulations all around — because this music was itching to get off the shelf, having been initially scheduled for release somewhere around early 2011. But, wisely, Loyal Divide wanted to wait for the right dance partner before they headed off to the prom. Now let’s crack the bubbly, jump in the limo, lose our virginity, and go puke in the woods later!

Here’s a sweet li’l extra bonus track that the band is offering up for your delectation. Head here to download for the low, low, low price of one tweet. Don’t have a Twitter account? Don’t worry — I’m sure the guys will make it available via Bandcamp or some such outlet in the near future. Maybe they’ll include it free with the purchase of the new album Bodice Ripper, which drops 10/4, so keep your eyes & ears open!

In the meantime, track down Loyal Divide at their various interweb locations: Myspace, Bandcamp, and their own site, for all the latest and watch for them at this summer’s North Coast Fest. Enjoy!
