Popshop Party : Live
Mr. Little Jeans

Mr. Little JeansMr. Little Jeans is the latest Scandinavian songstress armed with a pure voice and crisp productions to captivate the music scene.  Opening up Popshop’s party at Brooklyn Bowl (QRO venue review) on Saturday, July 14th, she showed off her ability to alternate between charming and haunting, and does both equally well.  Though she’s still working out her identity as a live performer, her natural confidence will undoubtedly come forward in the future.  With a move to LA and her debut LP due out in January, Mr. Little Jeans is set for big things.

Foxes

FoxesAlso fast rising is Foxes, who released her Warrior EP last month on Neon Gold.  Her debut single may have been called "Youth", but the British artist makes songs that sound more mature than her 22 years.  There’s an understated power to her voice, which she’s more than capable of delivering on live.

MNDR

MNDRMNDR’s buzz already pretty well-established, thanks to getting Mark Ronson’s stamp of approval a couple of years ago (QRO photos of them together).  The electro-pop chanteuse is finally set to release her debut album Feed Me Diamonds next month on Ultra Records, which she offered previews of.  Lead single "Faster Horses" provides an infectious hint of what’s to come.
