Alcoholic Faith Mission : Live
Alcoholic Faith Mission

Voodoo DonutsFueled with Voodoo Doughnuts, Alcoholic Faith Mission delivered to a rockin’ crowd in Portland, OR on Friday, May 12th.  Accompanied by You Won’t, the Copenhagen-based sextet brought their genuine good-time energy and lush, full Kristine Lantonsound to Portland’s Doug Fir.

Frontpeople Kristine Lanton and Thorben JensenThorben Jensen enthused the crowd with playful showmanship and promoted genuine Alcoholic Faith Mission flasks.  Lanton and Jensen radiated playfulness throughout their set.  At one point, Jensen licked Lanton’s head and she shared Voodoo Doug Fir crowdDoughnuts with the engaged Portland crowd.

It’s hard not to be engaged with huge smiles, heart-felt taps to the chest, bell shakers, tambourines, two synthesizers, a glockenspiel, a trombone played into an effects-laden microphone; plus, traditional rock instrumentation.  Alcoholic Faith Mission is continuing its tour across the U.S. and then back to Germany.
